People join us with different levels of Christian understanding. Some are still finding out about Christian beliefs; others already believe in and are committed to Jesus.All are welcome as Sunday by Sunday we open up God's word which brings us to the very heart of Christian understanding and we believe in the preaching and teaching of God's Word as the centre of our exploration.

Are you interested in exploring who Jesus is?

If you are, then please come on a Sunday and join us for one of our services. We also regularly run a number of introductory courses in finding out more about Jesus.

We are currently doing a course called 'Beyond Ourselves' which is a mix of presentation, informal discussion and shared activities. It is designed to be accesible to someone without much church background and will open up the door to the Bible and the truth of Jesus. Find out more information on Explore Faith.

Other groups that meet to explore the Christian faith are Monday Mums and the Baptism and Confirmation Course.

"Our interest in the local church began with a desire that our children should have contact with the church. One of our fears about turning up was that we would feel out of place and every conversation would be about God or Jesus. But it's not like that -people are normal with the added benefit of believing in God. To our surprise we now really look forward to church on Sundays and over this past year we are increasing in our knowledge of the bible, its relevance to modern life and how Jesus and the church can play a larger role in our life."
