Prayer

The amazing discovery that the local church makes is the truth of Jesus' statement: "for where two or three are gathered together there am I in the midst of them".

We encounter Jesus as we pray together. Therefore, prayer is central to everything that we do at Holy Trinity Church. On the first Thursday evening of every month we invite church members to be part of a gathered time of praise and prayer during which we talk to God about the ongoing priorities and needs that we have as a church family. It is thrilling to see God answer prayer month by month. From time to time we have a special prayer initiative for example a 24 hour chain of people praying in a special place at the back of church that we call "the prayer booth".
